Where is The DIVA Experience located?

We are based out of Dallas, with facilitators in Chicago, Nashville and DC and we continue to cultivate a growing list of DIVA Experience trained coordinators throughout the U.S. If your location isn’t on this list, never fear - we’ve created wildly successful experiences across the country, we’ll bring everything to you.

What makes The DIVA Experience unique?

Aside from our unique product offerings, our trained DIVAtairé facilitators all have a background in friendship team building, along with proven skills in communication and training. Our belief is that through this background, and our customized girlfriends questionnaire, the facilitators have a keen sense of each girlfriend’s likes, dislikes wants and desires which helps to create custom experiences that are dynamic and entertaining! And when it comes to customizing something like a scavenger hunt or culinary competition, you won’t find a better-qualified resource. In short, we are uniquely successful because we help make girlfriends bond, play and inspire each other, all in an interactive and fun environment. Successful girlfriends interaction is paramount to The DIVA Experience’s philosophy and as a result, we are proud of our high level of client satisfaction.

How far in advance do I need to book an Experience?

How much time do you have? Sometimes a client will contact us six months in advance, apologizing for waiting till the last minute. The next call we get may be for an important girlfriend’s getaway taking place next week. Please contact us now and let us know your timeline; we’ll let you know the best way to proceed from there. We also offer D.I.V.A. Day Party packages and D.I.V.A. Overnight Escapes in the event you and your group of girlfriends on have time to bond and play in one day or one overnight experience.

Does travel cost extra? Who handles travel plans?

 We are set up to travel - from our perspective, it’s simply part of the game. Many of our experiences involve hand-selected local facilitators. Otherwise, we travel lightly, sending in a lead DIVAtairié coordinator and hiring from a network of talented locals to assist whenever possible. We work with you to keep costs down as a way to ensure that travel costs don’t become an issue when hiring The DIVA Experience, LLC. And yes, we are happy to handle all of our own travel arrangements, making your planning easy and affordable. Travel is never an issue for us. Please don’t let it be one for you.

What makes this getaway different from any other girlfriend getaway?

Easy, first of all, this is not a package. It’s a fully customizable experience, so you and your girlfriends can make it whatever you want; from the Great D.I.V.A. Race, to a Pamper Me Please party, to bonding sessions and activities with girlfriends, we offer several experiences to fit the needs of your group or social outing. Our experience professionals then add the WOW factor into your vacation offering you and your girlfriends an adventure to remember. Your on-site DIVAtairié helps girlfriends, share, learn, gossip and bond the entire weekend.

Why do we have to have at least 6 friends participate and no more than 12 friends?

Many of the add-on experiences and activities that are offered sometimes are paired in twos. The D.I.V.A. Experience is an exclusive and very customized experience for each participant, which caters better to a smaller audience in an exclusive location. We develop interactive games and activities that are custom to each group of friends, which works better in smaller groups. If you or your group have 10 or more friends, talk to an Experience Coordinator about our corporate team building services. We also provide girlfriend networking DIVA & Special Events for parties 15 to 300.

What will it cost?

Since our packages are customized based on each add-on experience, we work with you to develop your experience and itemized pricing to share with girlfriends. We also provide you a per person cost for each girlfriend making it easy for everyone to participate.

Can I use my own house or summer home for the Experience?

 Absolutely! We can bring The D.I.V.A. Experience Mobile Unit to you and conduct the entire weekend adventure within the privacy of your own home, vacation home and designated city. You provide the location and we handle all the details*.
